According to the Bureau, there were 2,630 medical assistants in the state in 2019; by 2021, this number is projected to swell to 2,750– an increase of 4.6% in just a few, short years.

According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, medical assistants in New Hampshire earned an average, hourly wage of $17.90, or $37,230 annually, as of 2019. Even more impressive is the average wage of the top 10% of earners here – $22.93, or $47,690 annually – about $10,000 more every year.
