Salaries here are also impressive. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, in 2019 medical assistants in Oregon earned an average hourly wage of $19.02, or $39,570 annually. Those armed with experience and the CMA designation earn upwards of $24.52 an hour, or $51,010 a year – an increase of more than $10,000 annually.
